*Lovely Journals*

I absolutely love love love journals.  I enjoy having something to write down my thoughts, or sketch out some ideas or patterns. I found a couple journals that I really like from Etsy to share with you guys.  The first one above is from Mechelle Designs. I love the tree design on the front!
The next one is from witandwhistle!  I love the pattern on the front of this one.  It looks like the perfect little notebook to toss in my purse.  So cute.

This one I'm a little bias on :)  Mom and I made these!  But honestly, I love them!  We use one to keep track of our expenses.  And the great thing about them, is that you can keep using the cover over and over!  It only costs a buck to replace the composition notebook on the inside.  We love them!
I also use one to jot down different ideas for our shop.  It's the perfect size to toss in my over-sized purse!
Lastly, here is an altered composition notebook from Tall Grass Design.  I love the colors in this notebook.  I also think the aged edges are simple and lovely!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day yesterday!  I hope it was the start of a great week!

+New Items+

We had such a wonderfully productive day yesterday! We spent most of the day photographing new items for our shop.  All the new items will be added every couple of days or so.  Along with drinking a massive amount of coffee, mom and I also enjoyed home-made cornbread.
Easter is just around the corner!  I can't believe that tomorrow is Valentine's Day already!  Mom and I decided to list some of her Hand-painted Ceramic Eggs.  They are so beautiful and she has a blast making them every year!  They can be displayed so many different ways.  (I have a post about that later this week!)
We are also featuring a couple vintage Easter cards.  They are so charming!  I absolutely love old cards.  They make perfect accents to wall displays.  All you have to do is frame them!  Or you could give them to someone you love.
I hope your weekend has been a good one!

Christmas Lights

There is something so magical about Christmas lights.  I love the idea of decorating with them both inside and outside.
They make me somewhat nostalgic when I see them or think about them.
 So...
So...beautiful.

Great Holiday

We had a great holiday, full of family, friends, and amazing food!  I'm so full that I think I should squeeze in a little extra time at the gym this week!  I love Thanksgiving because it feels like the start of the holiday season.  The calm before the storm.  I truly enjoy this time of year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!

We're Open!

Happy Sunday!  It's been quite a busy weekend.  We spent all of yesterday photographing, editing, and opening our Etsy shop!  We are so excited to finally have it up and running.
We have quite a collection of our Reusable Composition Notebook Covers available!  I love these sooo much!  They are made from cotton and include a perfect little pocket on the front to hold a pen and some other goodies that you might need to stash away.  I use mine all time.
The great thing about them is that once you fill up your notebook, all you have to do is slip off the cover, and slide in a new composition notebook in it!
These book covers can be used over and over!
Pat created a set of absolutely beautiful holiday place-mats as well!  I love how festive our table looks with with them!

It is such a pleasure to share with you guys all the work we've done in the past few months!  We put a lot of work into making sure that our products are of the highest quality!
We hope you all have a beautiful Sunday!

Happy Halloween

When I was younger, I dressed up as a witch on every Halloween.  With the exception of one year when I was an angel.  What made me want to dress up as a witch every year?  I'm not sure.  Maybe it was the magical powers, or maybe it was the pointy hat.  Year after year, my witch costumes would evolve, and they would become more and more distinguished and unique.
My Halloween weekend has been very nice and relaxing.  The weekend has been full of scary movies, crocheting, and walks in the park.

And tonight, the scary movies will continue!
Happy Halloween!

Snow Today

We had our first snow today.  Thankfully its not suppose to stay. It was a good day to make soup and craft for the afternoon. I'm currently working on a quilt in navy, gold, reds and greens. I have laid out all my christmas fabrics waiting for inspiration! Hope everyone has a great week.
